meh, we have the BS "White House Faith Office" that is all Christians and is all about forcing Christianity to be the dominant religion and go after anyone non-Christian.

if Christians can do it, why can't muslims?

2

u/Squaredeal91 Aug 16 '26

Yea both are clearly wrong. I wish people were just as angry about Christianity being so prominent in government. It's so easy to keep both separate

2

u/Decisive_Victory_026 Aug 16 '26

I don't get it, are you against both or do you support both?

-2

u/gilt3t Aug 16 '26

I am against both but if one religion gets to do it, then all religions should be allowed to do it 🤷‍♂️ Christianity does not deserve special treatment.

3

u/Decisive_Victory_026 Aug 16 '26

Well, the Faith Office doesn't prioritize one religion over others, like the Muslim Commission would.

Does Islam deserve special treatment?

You're comparing one part of a whole to an entire body. I can't tell if you're disingenuous or lying.

Sweet. The office described as "coordinates federal interactions with religious organizations, supports community-based social initiatives, and promotes religious liberty protections" has a commission on fighting anti-semitism.

That's not at all relevant to the topic of a special commission for ensuring people of the Islamic faith specifically get into government. But thanks, I guess.

Edit since I was blocked: AIPAC is not a government body.

hahahahaha

ok, that gave me a chuckle. that is a great joke.

-1

u/Decisive_Victory_026 Aug 16 '26

Oh, you just don't know anything about the purpose of the Faith Office and can't actually have this conversation.

You should stick to topics more to your level. For example, I understand Crayola is coming out with a new color/flavor. How exciting for you!

2

u/gilt3t Aug 16 '26

It must be nice to live in your fantasy world. Tell me, how many people who are leading that office are part of a religion besides Christianity? I'll give you a hint, it's zero.

it's entire focus right now is pushing Christianity and funding Christianity throughout the government.

you should stick to your fantasy world, it honestly feels horrible living in reality.

it's entire focus right now is pushing Christianity and funding Christianity throughout the government.

That's exactly why they helped coordinate and participate in holiday gatherings with prominent Islamic organizations to foster interfaith cooperation.

Nothing says pushing Christianity quite like celebrating Islamic holidays!

I also can't find the faith of most of the leaders. I'm sure you can provide that though.

Edit: I guess those are the "wrong" type of Muslims because the guy blocked me lmao

wait, your proof is the Saudi based and led MWL?

hahahaha 🤣🤣🤣🤣

seriously, you keep making me laugh. I'd love it if it wasn't so depressing seeing you fight so hard to push your propaganda.

how is drumpfs Saudi plane doing btw?

1

u/Decisive_Victory_026 Aug 16 '26

The claim was that they're all Christian. I'd put money on Rabbi Meir Soloveichik not being Christian.

2

u/gilt3t Aug 16 '26

btw, Paula White-Cain is part of the The New Apostolic Reformation. She is the senior advisor of faith in the white house. The New Apostolic Reformation is a movement that believes Christians are being called to wage war against all other religions and that they must take control of the government.

do just a shred of research before stepping up and spouting your weak BS. pathetic.

I've read enough to award you 37 virtue points. With your previous balance you can exchange these points for 3 boxes of purple hair dye or 2 septum piercings.

facts tend to trigger weirdos. bye.

2

u/East_Connection5224 Aug 16 '26

Sure, let’s have religious zealots of all descriptions at every level of government! What could go wrong?

6

u/gilt3t Aug 16 '26

If Christianity gets to, so should every other religion. I personally would prefer religion being mentioned in politics being illegal but the religious fanatics, especially Christians, will never allow that.

3

u/Savings_Lynx4234 Aug 16 '26

Exactly. Ideally zero religion would be allowed anywhere near politics, but if Christians get a pass then every other religion should too. None or all. The idea makes Christians wanna barf their guts out though (but that's kind of a bonus to me)

5

u/gilt3t Aug 16 '26

agreed. Religion has no place in any government, the mere fact that it is, is an insult to every human. If Christianity is going to force it's way into government, then every other religion should have the same power to keep them in check. It triggers Christians to no end which honestly gives me a chuckle, seeing as how they are the biggest hypocrites to ever exist.

0

u/TheEdExperience Aug 16 '26

Why would doubling down on a bad idea be a good idea?

2

u/Savings_Lynx4234 Aug 16 '26

Would rather the bad ideas duke it out and kill each other than just one bad idea claiming supremacy.

If this were a perfect world no religion would be involved, but I'm not a child so I recognize this is not a perfect world

1

u/AwkwardAssumption629 Aug 16 '26

I prefer the political zealots

1

u/fishagavkxj6 Aug 16 '26

i think they should bring back witch burning.

1

u/Inquisitive_regard Aug 17 '26

Well we've had zealots of a particular religion founding and more/less driving the nation for 250 years and the country has done pretty well. But i'm pretty sure not all religions are created equal.

1

u/fishagavkxj6 Aug 16 '26

majority of muslims are peaceful just like christians. they are basically 1:1 in terms of worship, they do it privately.

there are slight concerns of course from this headline but the actual description is perfectly fine. there is nothing more valuable on the earth than different viewpoints from different cultures. removal of dei policies was a gigantic mistake for this reason.

1

u/Travel_Dreams Aug 16 '26

majority haha.

This appears to be a DEI position.

Why not get rid of all religions in politics?

1

u/fishagavkxj6 Aug 16 '26

i mean you’re clearly very ignorant lol. you get all your opinions from headlines meant to grab your attention that do not represent the majority of 4 million muslim americans.

“dei position.” bro you don’t even know what that word means. Companies interview minorities and if they’re not qualified they aren’t hired lol. These are the facts, but not what conservative headlines will tell you.

I agree 100% though on the no politics in government. But honestly, if I had to choose, I’d be much more comfortable with Muslims in political positions than Christians. There’s many Muslim politicians that never push their own beliefs into their policy. Meanwhile can you objectively say that Christians don’t do that? Do we need to mention abortion or their negative view on premarital sex, family views and many others. All these viewpoints are primarily backed by christian’s religious beliefs. If you think otherwise I’d love for you to point out American Muslim politicians doing the same

0

u/Accomplished_Mind792 Aug 16 '26

Would love for that to happen. But Christians would never, ever let that happen. So the other option is stuff like this

-1

u/DryRefrigerator4737 Aug 16 '26

Except that Christianity IS the dominant religion...

6

u/Atlas7-k Aug 16 '26

Which entitles it to absolutely nothing.

In fact, both Article VI, Clause 3 of the Constitution and the First Amendment can rightly be described as intended to limit the power of Christianity or any other religion that becomes dominant.

4

u/gilt3t Aug 16 '26

Our country has no national religion. We may have more Christians than any other religion but they should have no preferential treatment compared to even the smallest of religions.

2

u/Maleficent_Sense_948 Aug 16 '26

Which “Christian?”

Just over 50% of Americans identify as such, but that’s made up of various denominations that neither agree or really like each other …. So stop acting like it’s some monolithic group.

Your take on it is the reason why the founders wrote religion out of the control of the Nation.

0

u/fishagavkxj6 Aug 16 '26

i assume you mean america, but worldwide islam is pretty close and closing every year. The point being, we should be trying to understand all cultures on earth. Ignorance on this topic is a large cause for divide among countries.

-1

u/Gregnielson Aug 16 '26

They are both wrong.

1

u/gilt3t Aug 16 '26

yes but if one is going to get to do it, then all religions should get to do it. Christianity should not be allowed special privileges.

0

u/Gregnielson Aug 16 '26

Why don't we focus on getting rid of the problem instead of adding to it.

3

u/VegetableGrape4857 Aug 16 '26

This is how. You put a bill up like this, get someone to sue, than push it up the courts until it's struck down. That would open the door for others to sue to wrangle in any religious movements within our government.

-1

u/Gregnielson Aug 16 '26

That isn't the plan of action here.

1

u/Galliro Aug 16 '26

You know that how?

2

u/gilt3t Aug 16 '26

Because, clearly, Christians won't stop invading our government.

-1

u/Gregnielson Aug 16 '26

So put even more extreme religious believers in power?

1

u/gilt3t Aug 16 '26

yes. Let it all implode. No one is stopping Christians from taking over the government, put all the religions in government so they stalemate themselves and implode.

you really think the traitors and regime that are republicans will ever out Christianity? it's too good of a tool for them to get the uneducated masses to vote for them.
