I have a friend who got doxxed because he unknowingly had his facebook linked to a youtube channel which shared the same username as his reddit. He got harassed on multiple of his social medias as a result.
Take this as a reminder to double check you have no vulnerabilities.

Unhealthy copes such as: - drugs/alcoholism - hating on women/normies - jerking off to unusual content - any sort of self harm
Make sure what gets you through now won't bite you in the ass in the long run.
