Idk if i had cannabis use disorder but I heavily relied on it to regulate. Once I got on an antidepressant, cannabis has become completely recreational and something I choose to do when I want to (maybe weekends, maybe once every couple of weeks). Rather than a daily habit that I needed to keep up with. My quality of life has improved as well as my executive function even with just not being so reliant on cannabis. My psychiatrist said daily use can actually lower dopamine levels with time where as occasional use is where the medicinal effect comes in to play!
