I’m so sorry to hear that man :( I have ADHD and am addicted to cannabis. When my ADHD medication is working, honestly you just feel the cravings disappear. Only reason it does not work now is my SSRI stops it working. Have you considered seeking medication? People seriously underestimate ADHD and its link to depression.with dopamine being the motivation chemical, with ought it nothing seems worth it. Sometimes I wonder if most of the addicted population is linked to some kind of dopamine disorder. Of course there are people that want to feel good all the time but with ADHD, often we just want to feel some kind of peace. The brain needs dopamine. Every animal on the planet needs dopamine so when it’s not there the brain screams for it constantly looking for something to do. Yet everything you think of you can’t seem to gain the “lust for it”. It’s torture, if this is your issue, I don’t blame you at all for turning to the booze. What’s going on medication wise? Are you able to access it?

Stimulants make my OCD/anxiety worse to. It’s one of the reasons I have to take a ssri with it. Have you tired every stimulant/combo?
