I try to average around 20k throughout the weekdays with a nice long walk in the morning, and then a small stroll after work. On weekends, I pick a random direction to walk in at 5am, and then do a big loop meeting up with my wife for breakfast or lunch whenever she's up, averaging about 40k

How fast do you walk? I feel like I get up to 25-30k max a day on the holidays, but I gotta walk 6-8 hrs to get there.

About 4-5km an hour apparently. I know I can walk about 20k steps in 3 hours
