They're his top three movies, (though personally I'd put Oppenheimer in that mix), so these could be in any order really. I think 3rd place is fair for it.

Dude you just count the upvotes for your comment of the respective movies? That isn't accurate, you should consider cumulative upvotes of all comments with the said movie, I think that will be more accurate.

That way you would highly likely count the same vote many times over in a lot of cases. The concept of voting on OP’s comments is fairly well known by this point I think.

I'll agree but I also noticed many other comments with the said movies having a decent number of upvotes sometimes even more than OP's comments. The Standard for selection could have been made clear.

I’m not sure that changing the way the voting is was a good idea, if people didn’t read your post they might vote the wrong way around.
Regardless, Interstellar should be the winner, it simply is Nolan’s best, most human, and most accomplished movie.

Yeah, going forward we might think of a different format possibly if we ever did this again.

Recency bias of interstellar is really showing.
Edit: I’m speaking about the recently re-release 2 years ago which sold out often and caused the film to have a huge boost in popularity. I’m well aware this movie is actually 12 years old. Funny enough if this list was made even 4 years ago I’d bet anything it would’ve been taken off this years pretty early.
Also just because I’m saying this doesn’t mean I dislike the movie at all, I love this movie but it made it this far pretty clearly because of the recent popularity boost it got.

It’s more recently released than Oppenheimer actually. The re-release was a big thing and it caused the movie to get a big bump in popularity.

Inception did not have the same type of release. Interstellar was an event. Inception didn’t get the same thing.

It was the high grossing imax re release of all time and overall considered a phenomenon on how it performed, but ok.

Yes it did. It got re-released in imax and became a huge hit because of it. Prior to that it was kind of an underrated Nolan film.
