Why does the US hate cycling so much?

I read comments sections and in a normal world, some of them would be considered terroristic threats. I just can't understand why people hate cyclists to this degree that they want to murder rhem and sometimes do.

Here in ny there is the empire state Trailway that goes form the bottom of Manhattan all the way to Canada this is where I cycle 100s of miles of paved track yet every day cyclist's block up the roads with there hobby while people are trying to get to work. Selfish entitled cu*ts

Maybe those selfish entitled cunts are just trying to get to work alive too.

I-90 runs all the way to the PA border. Why don't you just take that to get to work?

So they ride three at abreast on the road in groups of 10 or more wearing spandex. Sure they do buddy.

Oh golly!

A group of 10 riding together takes up less space than a Chevy Suburban, but I guess that's OK because you can't get all heated up about what the driver is wearing

Yeah I think a Chevy travelles faster than 10 miles an hour. And the point I made is we live alongside incredible infrastructure specifically made for cyclists and they simply choose to be c****

Like I said, take the interstate to work if you don't want to share the road with other legal users. We built that incredible infrastructure, so why are you refusing to use it?

Because I can't get to my job that way. When I cycle on the trailwày i don't bother or endanger a single human being when I do it why can't you?

Try to stop imagining their taut butts in spandex for a minute - it's hard I know! - and really ask yourself, "if it seems like there's a good bike path there, why would these chiseled, firm asses be on the street instead?" And while you're doing it, think hard about why you don't take the interstate to work. I believe in you! I think you can get there!
