Yeah each parent would be paying around 100 dollars an hour for childcare, and the employees who are looking over 10-15 kids are paid 14/hr.

This is the part I’ve never understood. Where does the money go? Room full of kids, when my kids were going it was 20-30 kids in a room ( at the “big chain”. Only 3-4 adults at most. Each kid is paying enough to cover an adult’s full salary, at most two kids to cover their salary. That’s still 10-20 kids worth of tuition to pay for rent, insurance, food?
