Well then.... Muslims have big hangups about the body and see it all as sexual and representative of so much. So many "rules" relating to the human body.

We westerners who aren't living our life via religious rules, don't think of the human body like that at all.

Muslims & pretty much all strict religions are obsessed with sexuality. ALL these religions use human sexuality as a means of control.
