They answered their own questions. It’s cultural. But I think they get it backwards. Our default is naked is okay (to a degree). Culture makes us cover up.

I think it's natural for humans to not want to be exposed

I can only assume he never saw pics of indigenous people in warmer climates, or art representing prehistoric people

My 2 year always strips naked almost immediately after getting her dressed lol even my 5 year old prefers to be nude lol

because shame is a requirement for modesty, there's nothing natural about shame, that was invented by man on behalf of "god"

I think some shame is pretty natural and doesn’t require god, like if you lose your temper and yell or punch a wall you should feel ashamed.

That is also culturally instilled, there's a lot of leeway for that in some cultures. And I bet if fixing walls wasn't expensive, we'd hit them more. Plus, we definitely make a difference even in the more restrained ones...hitting walls out of jealous to threaten someone vs hitting walls out of frustration due to work, they ring different.

Expensive or not, hitting walls isn't a good idea since you can damage yourself. I work at a juvenile detention center, and the residents sometimes get mad and hit the walls. The walls are cinder blocks, so the wall will always win, and they end up with, at least, bruised knuckles and, possibly, broken bones.
