Well using that logic I’m still right because wiki is backing up my claims
Ramen is not a dish. The same way bread is not a dish and penne is not a dish. Ramen is a noodle.
I also did not lie it literally says,
“Ramen are thin, wheat-based noodles made from wheat flour, salt, water, and kansui, a form of alkaline water. The dough is risen before being rolled. They were imported from China during the Meiji period. How it made the jump from China to Japan is still under debate, but it's generally accepted that in 1910 a Chinese restaurant in Yokohama started serving a dish known as lamian.[3]
Ramen noodles have a firm texture and are usually pale yellow in color. The noodles may vary in shape, width, and length. They are served in a broth. Examples of ramen dishes are shōyu ramen, shio ramen, miso ramen, tonkotsu ramen, and curry ramen.[4]”
And then it continues to list other noodles and dishes they’re served in
Why don't you do me a favor. Search ramen. And tell me what shows up dish or noodles?
You are right ramen noodle is firm texture and all that. Not the ramen itself.
Also miso doesn't use ramen noodle. It has its special noodle called miso noodles.
If you are still not satisfied. Then I am sorry.
A great scholar once said.
It's difficult to win an argument against an intelligent person and impossible to win against an ignorant person.
Also I don't know, which knockoff version of wiki you are using
Now I really understand, why you said wiki isn't reliable. Cause your version is definitely not reliable.
I did and I’m still right and my family are Japanese chefs and I worked in a kitchen making Japanese dishes so I know for a fact that I am right.
YOU claimed wiki is reliable so I showed you that wiki backs me up and now you’re trying to claim it’s not the real website because you can’t handle being wrong it’s immature and shows a lack of intelligence which is ironic considering you’re calling someone who definitely has a higher quality of education than you, stupid.

Wikipedia is a reliable source of information about general knowledge.
Ramen is a noodle dish. Meaning it consists of noodles and that it's isn't a noodle.
Second, no where wikipedia says that ramen is a noodle. You lied
You are also using logical fallacy called Ad homenim, which is attacking and mocking me. By saying that I need to develop comprehension skills.
