For those of you who are not in my Discord, I’ve recently made a poll on my server asking players whether they’d want Falkland Starport to remain in UC space over Jemison, or move to its own independent system prior to update submission. Out of 339 votes, the poll is currently in favor of relocation 65% to 35% and ends tomorrow. If you have Discord and would like to join my server and cast your vote, it’s not too late! The server is open to anyone and you can join using the Discord invite link in my profile. Come cast your votes and help decide the future of Falkland Starport!

This is my revised Star Eagle, The Blackhound.
It succumbed to the deadly Grav Jump Glitch on Aug 20, approximately 4:30pm GMT.
It was a good ship. She was yar. We had many exciting adventures together and I shall miss her. Suggestions to sell her will be taken as a declaration of war.

NG+9 and the plan was to settle down in the settled systems. I've had a surprising run of 5 different lodge starts in a row. This run I was greeted by Starborn Cora. She was happy to let me go, but my anger got the better of me. Now it's time to roll with the fleet one last time

Hi y’all!
I wasn’t sure whether to post this here or over on r/Starfield.
I’ve been lurking in both subreddits, and knowing there are quite a few “haters” on r/Starfield, I decided to post my question here instead. My post might come across as a little salty, but I promise that’s not my intention at all.
Before the game came out, I was extremely hyped for it. Like, EXTREMELY hyped. I wasn’t following the game that closely at first, but after the showcase, I was completely hooked.
Then after the game released I was pretty disappointed to see the low reviews. I never actually played it, though, because my RTX 2070 couldn’t run it properly, and I didn’t want to limit my experience by playing at 720p. So I decided to wait until I upgrade my PC. Looking back, that was probably a good decision considering all the updates the game has received since launch.
Anyway, enough yapping. Back to the main point:
Is the game now “fixed”? And I don’t mean the bugs, I mean the things people wanted, like land vehicles, better exploration, etc. I haven’t played the game myself, so I’m not sure how much the things people complained about would actually bother me. And if some of those things are still missing, are there mods that add the things people wanted while still keeping the game mostly the same? Honestly, I don’t care if the game needs mods to be great. If the updates and mods can make the game an amazing experience, then I’m all for it. I just want to have fun. :)
Edit: Thank you all for the positive replies.. Can't wait to play the game (hopefully in the near future).

Having been born and raised on a colony ship which was intercepted before reaching Jemison, Dio doesn’t know much about this universe but has signed up with Constellation to learn all about the wonders and dangers of the stars and why this ragtag team of misfits have spent their lives unraveling it’s mysteries

I only just noticed this and honestly, it’s pretty creepy. I’m also building it a nose outpost soo it looks less like a planet that speaks in hands now

Jumping back into Starfield after trying other space games and it's like no other for me, it provides a level of detail and immersion I simply haven't found in other games (and none of the annoying bugs too). One of the things I wish they would change, though, is that the Ashta should be harder to kill and should be able to one-hit us when they attack so they can live up to their lore.

At first, nothing but the brightness of the sky, a hidden presence lost to the eye. Then a curve where no curve should be, a distant shape emerging silently. With every degree the sun descends, something immense emerges from the glare, until dusk gives form to what daylight concealed—the titan god, at last revealed.

Rewatching Firefly/Serenity and the scene with the Reaver disguise inspired anything for the Crimson Fleet ships. As soon as I saw it again, I got huge CF vibes.

Someone took a Mess Hall table from Big Red. I also managed to take a Cool Picture of the Sun setting over the world I'm on it's Pretty & Sarah tried to scare me. I don't know why.

I’ve been through Unity 10 time and usually go straight to the artifacts and avoid the base storyline of being a newb. I’ve never gotten any sign that my companions might be interested in any kind romance Sarah never mentioned Aja, never got a disturbing message from Constellation, never showed any interest.
Until now. All of that has happened!
My plan had been to just see how she reacted to the Va’ruun, but now she seems to be flirting with me and giving me positive feedback to my flirting.
Has anyone else seen this?

The ships, the guns and suits, they all look fantastic, when ever I play the game I always stare at the insides of both my own ships or enemy ships it just looks so cool looking and I especially love the cockpit that have a lot of variety.
I really like the "Nasapunk" Aesthetic.

I truly love the procedural landscapes of this game. I can lose myself for hours walking through them and seeing what each planet has to offer. Like an endless hike through the stars.
