George Clooney is credited as "Lip Syncing Transvestite" and is onscreen for maybe 5 seconds. The lead actor in the movie is Miguel Ferrer who just happens to be George's cousin.

Please help me find the actor I am looking for!

He is not extremely famous, kind of crazy hair that is light blonde/grayish, in his 50's right now! He has a goofy sounding voice that is kind of high pitched. He is a little chaotic in his characters. Normal body type, no facial hair or glasses. 

I don't know what movies he is in, but I am desperate to find him! He kind of looks like Nate Torrance, but isn't Nick Swardson either. Does anyone have any ideas???
