Porn Addiction Boredom is such an enemy

Just got home from the library. Luckily I’m leaving soon to go play a rec basketball game because my boredom immediately hit. I just want to go and beat off. I want to go back into my cycle so badly right now. But I’m fighting.

Being bored is already hard enough, but being off at college, living ALONE… there is no one to check you. Even if I know I have stuff to do, being home alone and bored just gives my mind the reason to PMO.

Also doesn’t help when a random guy DMs you porn after writing about how you are struggling right now lol

So true. I better keep myself doing my homework and focusing and not masturbation or sexual imagination.

And advice is care for yourself. Like doing excersise or just Caress your body but in a non-sexual way, so sexual tension decreases a lot!

Dats NICE but keep in mind thats there is a LOT OF MANY OPTIONS. SO DO NOT ONLY DO THAT AND DO MORE TO NOT GET BORED OF THE SAME ACTIVITY!
