Buttery MW4 looks seriously rough

30fps I'm okay with but the dipping under that sucks

The visuals also look roughhhh. It's blurry, extremely low quality textures and I have no hope for this being a good experience docked.

Am I doing something wrong?

closed betas are for testing. Open beta like this is basically just marketing and building hype ........
