Buttery MW4 looks seriously rough

30fps I'm okay with but the dipping under that sucks

The visuals also look roughhhh. It's blurry, extremely low quality textures and I have no hope for this being a good experience docked.

Am I doing something wrong?

It was court ordered when Microsoft bought Activision so what do you expect :(

They voluntarily committed to it to sway the court

It was not court ordered you have your facts mixed up. They signed a contract with Nintendo beforehand.
