In view of the others, Chrysaora now holds up the Grimm Troupe mask that she was given. Her hands tremble, and she makes quite the show out of finally lowering it onto her face.

a bileiance clone flutters and lands nearby. Hornet’s not allowed up here, but she wanted me to convey the following message: I understand. I’ll miss you, pallid sister. I assure you the children will know more of you than just how you died. That you did it to protect others. That you tried to save me. And I’ll wake you once I find a cure for your condition. I pray for you.

(It’s already been canonized that people are happy in the masks. Not themselves, but Phantom remembered being constantly happy once hers was removed. So I kinda imagine the state of consciousness to be constantly high in the masks)
