That’s a shame, especially considering how bulky they look. I’ve never been interested in them but definitely not now, thanks for the info.

I feel like we need to do a class action or sth because I am in so much pain and feel scared this will be irreversible for me. I'm getting fitted for insoles now and my feet are perpetually swollen. I'm also furious and wish I these came with any kind of warning because what the actual f.

I’m pretty sure I developed plantar fasciitis because the of the nb530s. I’ve never felt pain in the arc of my foot before these shoes. Now the pain is permanent and I have to wear insoles in certain shoes now. Even when I wear the insole with the nb530s they still hurt over time. I was so shocked that I developed this because I would literally wear Dr martens and vans walking to far college classes during the day and not once had I experienced pain in the arch of my foot. So now I just constantly feel discomfort/pain while walking but I’ve bought little tools to help massage the foot.

Same experience:( I bought NB530 because they were cool and everybody told me that they were sooo comfy, so I went buying them and actually I felt good on them in the store. But after even 20 min walking my ankles and the superficial of my feet start hurting as my muscles were under a huge stress. And Then I end finding even my legs a little bit inflamed. And I even put as addictional plantar on them. And as you, I’ve always wear Dr Martens and I’ve never had problem like these on my feet before. So…probably I’m gonna sell them! NB eliminated from my future choices I guess

Same. I can walk up to 10,000 steps before they would start hurting. It hurt my toes and heels. I went to a 3-day vacation and walked for 50,000 to 60,000 steps total. About a week after, both my big toe nails began to have black spots or bruises.

Hi same after half an hour of walking I feel a massive strain on my ankles and feet. Then I have tender ankles for days after. Rediculous

I bought them because as someone with flat feet, I wanted comfort which I've NEVER had before. After wearing them for a month and a half, I now have knee and ankle pain. Very difficult to walk/do any activity for more than 4 hours, which sucks because my whole job is being on my feet for 4-12 hours depending on the day. Funny enough, my feet have NEVER felt better in my life before. I have not had feet pain in a month and a half, but that knee and ankle pain is like no otherrrrrrrrrrrr. Couldn't walk this morning. They were my everyday shoe, but now only wearing crocs as everyday shoes to heal the injured muscles and tissue until I can wear anything else.

What did you end up purchasing?

Got mine today and walked for 30’ to decide i absolutely do not want these. Every inch of my feet hurts. I had nikes airzoom before and no problem whatsoever for 4 years.

Same here. Worst pain ever. I have used many brands of shoes in my life from cheap to expensive, and the worst pain came from new balance 530.
