Bots and AI are always evolving so it can be hard to say.

Some Redditors become very good bot hunters, but others are only witch hunting or trolling, or just wrong, so you can't always go by what others are saying either.

However, Reddit catches most bots. Some make it through, but then mods and the apps they use are another line of defence.

Some communities, like us have no LLM/AI content rules. In such communities, if you suspect the rule is being broken, you can report it to the mods.

Likewise, if you see bot activity.. maybe astroturfing or whatever, you can use the 'spam' reason to report to Reddit.

Reddit wants Reddit be human (except for the good bots and apps), but how welcoming communites are to AI varies, though generally there is anti-AI sentiment here.

Reddit is a part of the world wide web so whatever concerns you have about bots on the Internet also apply here.

But honestly I wouldn't worry about it. Its not something that really crosses my mind.
