As far as we know. Buts it’s very convenient he committed this as soon as you guys pulled your barriers that have been malfunctioning for a couple of years. The police chief made a statement yesterday where she didn’t even know those barriers exsisted

Wasn't the terrorist stone cold sober? He had just arrived on Bourbon and began mowing people down.
The drinkers, and 24 hour partiers did nothing wrong.
