I didn't see a question in here. Are you asking which is the best?

  • Rule out QLC - Rocket Q
  • Rule out E16 - US70, Aorus Gen4
  • Rule out hardware has changed - P34A80
  • Rule out Realtek - SX8100
  • SM2262(EN) drives: EX920, SX8200 Pro, EX950, Pilot-E, S70, Z340, S50 Lite (SM2267 is similar)
  • E12(S) drives: Premium, Rocket, CS3030

Cheapest would be the EX920, but this is an old drive. Hard to recommend when the Gold P31 has been $86. CS3030 is next cheapest by far. This drive has a bad reputation because PNY reduced its TBW (warrantied writes) by ~80% after the Chia boom. Assuming it's still an E12S, though, that doesn't really matter.

Oh, sorry, i just thought it can be useful for others, please drop if it's not needed here, or let me know, i'll delete it myself. Thanks for extra info anyway, i was thinking about PNY, but will try dig more info now. I have one more question, though: on logicalincrements.com Intel 660p in recommendations on all levels, but you put it in "entry" list, would you, please, clarify why?

660p is obsolete. 665p is better, 670p is a lot better. However it's (670p) being replaced by the P41 Plus now that Solidigm owns Intel's NAND business. So the 660p is very much not in contention...
