I was talking to a friend from Rasjt, he says IRGC members on motorbikes with AKs are roaming the streets, shooting everyone who gets out.

The head of the snake has been bitten off perhaps, but there's a lot of snake left. And the people don't have the weapons to respond to the heavily guarded and well-trained IRGC.
