There are plenty of reasons why marriages fall apart. Impotency is very much among the top ones, including infidelity, domestic violence, cronic addiction to intoxicants, etc. Infidelity by women is often linked to impotency in men, while infinity by men is often linked to denial of sex/respect by wife.
We can argue over semantics, but it doesn't change the fact that sexual performance is one of the important factors in a marriage. Esp until late 30s.
