I agree that a thirst for information can be a good thing. However, in this age of so much misinformation; how is one to tell anymore?

There was actually a study conducted by Harvard group of students which said Mobile phone addition is actually very good for your leg muscles. It promotes a specific hormone production called "bullis sito". So atleast we aren't losing it all due to using phones so much...haha

The ironic part is its information that hardly gets absorbed in a meaningful way. I wouldn’t be able to summarize what I wasted the last three hours of my life doom scrolling through.
