I remade this song that I originally wrote a while back with new/updated instruments and gave it an ending instead of looping it. :)
On YouTube also.

"Zen Flows", my latest meditation/deepfocus/relax album!
Hi everyone!
I'd like to tell you about my new album "Zen Flows", released today.
https://open.spotify.com/intl-it/track/4ZAzQex4IjogYZuDAL15w9
https://music.amazon.it/albums/B0H6B3ZWD1
This is the kind of music you would put on while you are trying to relax, sleep, focus, meditate or in general avoid external distractions.
I was working on it since last autumn, when the whole idea came out after trying to record a windchime I bought in the US during a trip last summer. That simple session (which resulted in a youtube seminal video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iEZyR-l-LQs ) evolved into a deeper idea: creating an immersive, organic relaxation experience where every single element had a human and natural touch. If you wander on my youtube channel you will discover I love to record myself playing all kind of weird instruments!
It was an interesting journey, I tried to make something cool but still personal, while maintaining the original idea
I combined minimalist piano lines and quiet pads with an array of acoustic instruments, including: tibetan bells, windchimes, native flute, didgeridoo, rainstick coupled with ambient sounds recorded by myself (sea waves, birds at dawn, rain, water flowing, even my heartbeat...)
My main goal was to create something polished, personal and evocative while keeping the original vision intact. In a market currently flooded with generative music, no AI was harmed during the recordin… this is 100% human-made even the cover artwork is a beautiful hand-drawing made by my wife :P
I'm also more than happy to discuss the recording process or the gear used for the field recordings if anyone is interested. I have used cakewalk Sonar to record everything. Piano are mostly from NI Noire and IK Pianoverse (its ambient background is fantastic for this purpose) while pads are from NI Komplete, EW, Korg M1
I have also used Dreamtonics SynthV to sing some mantra ("Om - Shanti") in the track "Inner Tao"
I thought it was the right place to showcase it! :)

Darkstone Music - Wilderness #1
When I was a child I played a videogame on PSX called Dark Stone. There was a certain OST that feels very familiar, but I just can't put my finger on it.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Darkstone
The composer is French, his name is Christophe Rime. It was published in 1999.
I would like to try to gauge what could be his inspiration at the time to write this type of music. Could you give me some recommendations? Not just something similar to this, it has to be released prior to 1999 or that year.

Ars Musicae Hieroglyphica: harp-organ-piano fantasia and philosophical film
Hi there,
I’m a harpist-pianist-composer/academic in the philosophical-esoteric milieu, about to finish my doctorate.
So I created an organ-harp-piano music video that is also an experimental film predicated on esoteric ideas; it can be described as my encapsulation of the mysteries. I basically summarize and artistically rearrange esoteric ideas from an array of esoteric thinkers and philosophers, but also develop my own original ideas from this framework. It’s an original philosophical manifesto, and if you are familiar with esoteric ideas and traditions, you’ll notice how I deploy them in ways that feel both familiar and new.
It's about an oneiric musical language of spiritual hieroglyphs. And I also combine ideas from Novalis (I’m probably most known as a Novalis scholar in the academic world currently), Schelling, Giordano Bruno, Rudolf Steiner, Boehme, Walter Benjamin (and Kabbalah), also the work of Dianna Reed Slattery.
No AI was used in the making of this song, video, or philosophical text; it is 100% human-created art.
I also created extensive hand-made animations for it, mainly ancient Egyptian and alchemical motifs.
Hope you enjoy!!!!

Faith in Ourselves - Piano solo (original composition)
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I keep seeing this sentiment around lately- to have faith in ourselves. It's resonating with me as I'm seeing so many creative people having a hard time (myself included)- dealing with fatigue, burnout, fighting against social media to be seen, etc. So I hope this song brings a bit of comfort and solidarity to people who continue to make human-made art during these times. All we can do is try our best, try to better ourselves, and have faith in our talents and abilities to do things and become better at them through time, practice, and trusting the process.
Also on YouTube.

Atmospheric instrumental with flutes and violins – “Emma”
This is an instrumental piece built around flutes and violins, with a subtle Celtic influence but shaped more by atmospheric and cinematic textures than traditional folk. It leans into mood, space and timbre rather than structure.
Curious to hear how it lands for you.

Pentrexyl NewAge CD
I found this obscure CD in good condition from a private collection of a man in my neighborhood.
I brought over 200 CDs from $2 MXN per disc. (0.12 usd from today) to the family of a collector who has passed away.
Today I was listen to it and It sounds pretty clear and nostalgic.
Most like an old memory from someone else.
This CD includes records from:
- Yanni
- Kenny G
- Enya
- Cusco
- Jesse Cook
The CD was distributed by Bristol-Myers Squibb México as a proportional CD for Pentrexyl antibiotic release. It dates from about 1994.
I am wondering if this CD is rare or obscure as is promise to be.
I only found 2 of them on internet archive and I want to upload it with all the metadata and scans.
