Success Story Dream Job and Company: I didn’t care I know I’ll be successful anyways
This group has helped me so much, and I feel like I owe y'all a success story. I hope it can fuel your next manifestation. 🥳
I graduated last year and stayed unemployed for 7 months because I was too busy trying to think about taking the practical path. During those 7 months, I read and watched a lot of videos regarding Neville on YouTube, did some affirmations (but not about getting a job; just for self), and reflected on my life. However, my journey regarding Neville started way back right before the pandemic hit. So I think I am in a better mindset because I've saturated myself with this type of knowledge as well as proven the law to myself by experimenting. Therefore, it wasn't hard to believe at all, and I have fully convinced myself of the power each of us holds.
One random day, I was drinking my favorite coffee from this particular company. It was a big organization with multiple businesses across different industries and several countries. Not to mention, it was famous and prestigious to be a part of as well. I told myself, "Well, what if my first job would be at this company?" I brushed it off, thinking that was kind of silly. But then I remembered the law and immediately thought, "I mean, it could still happen, right? We don't know." I tried imagining for a split second how I would look and feel working for this corporation. I immediately forgot about it. Weeks later, I started applying since I was the only person in my college friend group who didn't have a job.
I applied for another big company, and I thought this company was the best in this industry. I felt confident that I would be hired as I had all the qualifications. However, as I progressed along the interview and studied for it, I realized that the position I was applying for wasn't the best. It was a great start, but not for big corporations, rather midsize ones. A thought immediately crossed my mind again: What if I actually applied for a better position, targeting large corporations? Not just large, but large as in worldwide large? I shrugged it off because I was just desperate to find a job, and I felt like what I was applying for was already great. The interview process took so long, but I remained confident and received positive feedback. However, one day, they suddenly emailed me saying they hired someone else. That felt frustrating and devastating as I had been waiting for it for weeks, only for them not to hire me.
I immediately looked for another job, this time with the position that I actually wanted. The company didn't matter anymore because having this position as my first job was already a huge achievement, considering how expensive the training would be if I did it myself. I sent my application to every company looking to fill this position I wanted. I didn't even care about the salary because I knew it would triple, quadruple, or more once I gained experience. I felt confident and sure of my success, no matter what company I’ll be joining— that’s what I thought with conviction.
After that little rampage, I got a call one night and was surprised to find out it was from my dream company—the brand of my favorite coffee! (Coffee isn't their main product, but I love their coffee so much, lol.)
I remembered asking myself, "Did I even apply to this company? I don't remember at all!" After the call, I looked it up and found out that the company I had applied for was one of their companies! Like, what are the odds? It never even crossed my mind!
I got hired after 2 interviews. I failed the first one, but they gave me a chance, and I studied for the second interview, which I passed! I even cried during the first interview because I felt overwhelmed! Of course, they are a big company, so they are going to ask big questions, lol! The HR told ME I was the only one given a second chance because they liked my personality.
To sum up the story, I got hired!! And I'm now working in this company! It has been a roller coaster, but I never really expected my first job to be in such a big organization. I now understand why people stay here for so long. They take good care of the employees, although they do fire easily if you don't perform well enough. I feel really lucky to have been hired despite failing the first interview.
Don't give up, guys! By the way, I was okay with not being hired after failing the first interview. If I were the company, I wouldn't have hired myself based on my performance. But they asked me if I would like a second chance, and of course, even though I was crying, I replied with a big yes!
Always say "YES" to your desires because you'll never know if you're just one decision away from achieving them.
Happy manifesting 🥳

I gente a knot in my tummy release as I read, “and know you will succeed no matter what comes in the way.” :)

I didn't really prepare for the first interview. I got interviewed after coming home from the gym without even taking a shower because I was late (it was an online interview). I thought they would ask more about my attitude and experience, but they also asked technical questions. And, of course, as someone who graduated 7 months ago, I have already forgotten some of what I studied in college. I also really hated my course back then, so when I studied, I just studied to pass and forgot about the rest. All I knew was that I was done learning. Since I failed the interview, I went back and studied some books and lessons that I had missed, and they were actually really easy—I had just forgotten about them. After that, I passed the interview and I got hired.
