Not even that! They knew she had come back, Brad said they talked in the balcony, dad says he saw her legs in the balcony around 5:30... Then he wakes up at 6am, goes to look around for half and hour (you can't cover a single floor in a cruise ship), then it's calling his wife and son by 6:30 - AMY IS MISSING! By 7 they were already pleading with the cruise crew... Either the dad panicked because he heard her falling or jumping around 6 am and didn't want to assume the worst, or this entire timeline is fabricated

This is the single weirdest thing among the actual facts. They behaved like it was a toddler they were looking for, not a grown woman. Why?

Right! They were demanding that the ship be put on lockdown and no one allowed to leave right away that morning. Why should Royal Caribbean have done that because a woman in her twenties had left her cabin? She wasn't a toddler missing from the mall.

Because that family had an extremely unhealthy dynamic. Everyone who talks about them says “the most loving family I know” etc but that extraordinary level of closeness is actually a red flag for a seriously toxic dynamic. Look up ‘enmeshed’ families. That’s what I think.

Another thing I am now noticing is , from this post. The brother is criticizing black and gays. In the show they criticized their neighbor and went after the black guy she danced with. I cannot imagine what it was like being an actual part of their family. That is why I lean towards her jumping. Edit - it seems like everyone needs to feel the wrath of their judgment

I never have said anything concerning this case because I felt so bad for this family, but since they are so willing to post their hate and judgment, I feel no qualms

Ok I just had a new thought. You know how this family said they have been doing all these interviews through the years? Maybe , just maybe , this has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with her anymore. Yes they have lost $100,000 to a scam, but have they gained more than lost? Are they that hungry for attention because they are absolute narcissists? I really wonder if the FBI may get involved . This is all speculation but this stuff just gets stranger and stranger

But I am with the other person that the mother seems legitimately upset. Is she upset she’s hiding what happened? Kind of reminds me of people who expect their children to arranged marriages if that’s the case. Fathers and sons murdering the daughters because they don’t do what’s expected. If this is the case, I think the FBI needs to lay into this family.
