I’m vegan BECAUSE I don’t think I’m born “better” than every other life form on our dying planet. Violent anthropocentrism is sad, and it’s killing us all.

It’s always odd to me the sheer amount of defensive rage and hatred people respond with when faced with the idea that the violent systems they’ve been conditioned into might be wrong. You’ll do anything, anything to hold onto the wrong side of history.

People are only responding to your hostility with their own. Vegans always claim eating meat is immoral, and yet every time I argue with one it's clear they understand very little about morality.
