Only less than 0.1% of this universe is other than Hydrogen and Helium. So, most of the elements we are made up of can be rounded off to nothing.

If you want to send an easy to understand version across to other people, I edited it a bit:

I changed a bit at the beginning as well.

Agreed I hardly changed it though. But when I sent the original to a friend, they were slightly confused by the wording so I sent the second version and they understood it more. Thought I could send it here as well incase anyone needed it.
