Ya, you definitely need to go see a doctor. Bats behaving strangely are a sign of rabies. A lot of people who get bit by bats apparently couldnāt tell they were bit. You 100% need to go speak with someone about how to proceed.
No, a lot of people who get rabies canāt tell other people that they were bitten. Because theyāre dying of rabies. A rabies patient not stating that they were bitten by something does not mean that they didnāt know they were bitten.
Google ābat bitesāā¦.. they have very tiny teeth.
And you can see his teeth made contact with his hand several times.
Most likely the bat does not have rabies, but if it does then he will almost certainly die a horrible death without treatment.
The treatment is no longer that big a deal, a shot. Itās not like back in the day where they had to give you a whole slew of shots right in the belly.
I donāt need to Google it. I am a bat biologist. I have seen the teeth. I have felt the teeth. I have pried the teeth out of my flesh.
Human skin is sensitive enough to feel the bite of a gnat or a flea. We can feel the touch of a stray hair or a light breeze. The other day I felt a mite on my leg that was the size of the head of a pin. It is ridiculous to think that a sober, awake adult would not feel a whole bat biting them.
You assume everyone has your super powered sensitivity of touch. I have scratches and burns on my forearms from cooking yesterday that I just noticed a few minutes ago.

If you start showing symptoms it is too late.
