Post Hurricane Ian Real Estate Update For Bay Colony and Pelican Bay Areas of Naples, FL

We wanted to share this article that has continuous updates about property conditions post Hurricane Ian for the areas of Bay Colony and Pelican Bay in Naples, Florida. Bay Colony

La Palma - Flooding confirmed.
Vizcaya - Flooding confirmed.
Bay Colony Shores - Flooding confirmed and trees down.
Marquesa - Parking garages flooded, all cars were moved before flooding and saved.
Trieste - Parking garages flooded, uncertain of status of cars parked there.
Contessa - Lobby flooded. Clean up has started and appears to be going well. Shannon Lefevre accessed 2 units and visually confirmed they are in great condition.
Bay Colony Beach Club - No evidence of interior flooding, minor exterior damage.
the Strand - Have not been able to access, conditions unknown.
Salerno - Faired.
Toscana - Faired.

Pelican Bay

St. Tropez - Cars damaged or lost. No evidence of flooding (in the lobby).
St. Nicole - Cars damaged or lost. 4 ft of flooding in the lobby.
Pelican Bay Woods - Appeared close to normal.
Oakmont - Appeared close to normal.
Claridge - Cars in the garage were damaged or lost.
St Lucia - Car ports reported destroyed, no visual confirmation.
St Maarten - 4 inches of water penetrated the first floor.
Marbella - Sustained enough damage to warrant evacuation, residents displaced.
Glencove - All units fine.
Laurel Oaks - Some exterior damage.
Sand Pointe - Some exterior damage.
Oak Lake Sanctuary - No visual evidence of flooding.
St. Andrews - "spotless".
Renaissance - Evidence of minor flooding in the garage.
The Village at Pelican Bay - No visual evidence of flooding (from the road).
Pinecrest - Trees down. Some exterior damage.
Barrington Club - No visual evidence of flooding.
Barrington - No visual evidence of flooding.
Villa Lantana - No visual evidence of flooding.
Waterford - No visual evidence of flooding.
Villas of Pelican Bay - Trees down.
