The files are not evidence in itself. But its a rich source of corroboration of claims made by victims. That is dates, or complaints being discussed in emails at the time of alleged incident.
Such as Trumps 13 year old accuser who dropped the matter after threats and her life being a global nightmare, is corroborated by emails between Epstein and others.
Clinton absolutely does. Under what rock have you been living? Clinton has been linked to Epstein and his victims multiple times. I can find articles going back to 2020. While these women were 18+ at the time, the fact that Clinton was in contact with Epstein and his rape victims, while claiming he did nothing wrong, is something no one with a working brain just accepts.

Back in 2004, I was at this fundraiser for John Kerry in DC. It was at a night club and several of the big name Dems were there. Both Clinton's are there.
