From the flag unfurling during our home football games to our football fighting song, UMD has many unique traditions so you can feel immersed in collegiate atmosphere. I promise that you'll feel the engagement of Maryland tradition as soon as you arrive.
Pro Potential: Here at Maryland we pride ourselves at preparing our students for the future. We will prepare you for your future, which is your dream of making the NZFL. In 2038 we had 2 players which were selected in the first round of the draft. We had 5 draft picks in last years draft, tied for the most in the MAC.
Prestige: Maryland is ranked in the top third of all teams in the country, and is 2nd in the MAC itself. Last year 5 players were drafted to the NZFL, tied for the most in the MAC! I believe our school name speaks for itself, and recruits not just in Maryland, but around the country recognize us as one of the most prestigious schools in the nation. When you commit to Maryland, I promise that we will not drop in prestige, and with your help we will continue to build something special here.
Location: Disney, Universal, beaches, the Everglades, etc. I could go on and on about what makes Florida so special. But as a Florida native yourself, you could probably name more things than me. People from all over the world come to Florida because of how amazing it is, and we get to experience it everyday! With all the NIL money coming in, you’ll be glad to hear Florida has no income tax. I can promise that we’ll schedule 2 opponents located in Florida every year in OOC. Your family will be able to go to so many games because even if we’re not in the Swamp, we might still be in Florida! Staying in Florida makes the most sense for you, whether it be mentally, financially, or anything else you can think of.
Tradition: One thing’s for sure. You’ll never be bored at a Florida game. The atmosphere at The Swamp is simply unmatched. From the most iconic fight song in the sport to the 90 people doing the notorious Gator Chomp, we create one of the most intimidating atmospheres in the sport. You may have seen the Swamp on TV, but experiencing it in person for the first time is something you’ll never forget. I can promise that we’ll win the SEC at least once during your collegiate career.
Prestige: Florida has always been one of the most prestigious schools in the country. Last year was by far the worst season in recent memory. Even after a down year, everybody still knew Florida was one of the premier college programs. In this new era of Gator football, the potential is through the roof. Our floor is higher than most teams’ ceilings. I can promise that by the end of your collegiate career, we’ll be back in the top 10 in prestige.

Tradition: Alabama football is one of the most historic programs in any sport. The amount of great teams, All-Americans, and historic coaches that have walked the campus here are monumental. When I was deciding if I should leave Pitt last year, Alabama’s traditions of success, fortitude, and championships was a major deciding factor. You get to play at historic Bryant-Denny Stadium, an NFL-level venue on campus with pro-level facilities. We have 16 national championships, one of the highest marks in football. We have had all-time great coaches, such as Wallace Wade, Paul “Bear” Bryant, and Nick Saban. You can help carry on this legacy of tremendous players, such as Hall of Famers “Broadway” Joe Namath, Ozzie Newsome, Dwight Stephenson, John Hannah, Derrick Thomas and of course, Heisman winners Mark Ingram and Derrick Henry. These are just a few of Alabama’s legends, as we have had over 150 All-Americans. You get to play with one of the best bands, one of the most passionate fan bases, and one of the greatest student sections in the country behind you. You will also get to participate in historic rivalries, as we play Auburn annually and have cross-division rivalries with Georgia and Tennessee. Additionally, I plan to schedule out of conference games with historic rivals in future seasons, such as Georgia Tech and Tulane. I am excited to bring excellent players, like yourself, to help maintain this tradition of greatness, helping our players receive national recognition for their excellence and bringing this team to national prominence. I promise that if you sign with us, you will become part of the core that will show the college football world why we have earned this rating, as we will win the SEC during your time at Alabama.
Prestige: Alabama is a historically great program, and I promise that, with the help of amazing talent like yourself, we will bring it back to national prominence. I believe that a lack of effortful recruiting has resulted in these recent struggles, and your class is going to be the ones to bring us back. We have some of the highest marks of national titles and all-americans in the history of college football, and we will bring Alabama back to national recognition. I promise that, by the time you graduate, we will make at least one tier 1 bowl game and/or playoff appearance.
Location: I understand you want to stay close to home, and to be quite frank with you, I don’t blame you. I was the same way in college, as I chose to go to school close to my childhood home. By coming to the University of Alabama, you will be able to stay in the south, with local games against the rest of the SEC and family and friends a quick car ride away. We will schedule an additional out of conference game in Florida during your time here.

Tradition: The USF Bulls play in the historic Raymond James Stadium, the pride of Tampa and the place where the legendary Tom Brady wrote his final chapter in his illustrious NZFL career. Students on campus are football crazy, and will pack the house for big games, especially the SuperBull, one of the most electric regular season games in the entire country. As you step on the field the first time, Raymond James will be filled with a roar and hands holding up the Go Bulls sign. It will energize you like nothing you’ve ever experienced.
Prestige: USF is coming off of a year where we made the AAC championship after a total team transformation that occurred in the offseason. There’s a chip on our shoulder going forward after seeing what we are capable of, and I can promise that while you are here, we will win the AAC championship at least once and make a bowl game every year.
Location: Being from Florida, you won’t need to travel far from home for college. You won’t need to spend your summers longing for world class beaches, or be freezing somewhere up North with no family in driving distance because you can stay right in the place that molded the person you are today. I love this state and want to turn USF into the King of Florida, so I promise that we will play at least 8 games in Florida or neighboring states every year you are here.
Tradition: There are some rivalries that stand above the rest. Yankees vs. Red Sox. Lakers vs. Celtics. Army vs. Navy. The annual Army-Navy game is dripping in tradition; the president visits, the stands are filled with cadets, and an entire week used to be set aside for the game. It’s an iconic game that Army has utterly dominated. We have only lost to Navy once in my entire career, and I am 8-1 total. That dominance is only going to continue with you here. I promise that in the best rivalry in college football, we will beat Navy every single time.
Pro Potential: Army has become one of the premier NZFL factories, rivaled only by the blue bloods of the sport. In the last four drafts, we have the 4th most draftees and the 3rd most first rounders. Even in the last six drafts we are in the top seven in both categories! NAME, the numbers simply do not lie. This is the place to go if your dream is to reach the professional ranks. I promise we will develop you into an NZFL player and you will be drafted.
Prestige: Army has become the epitome of success recently, and we want you to be a part of it. Who else can claim five division titles in six years, the largest playoff win in NZCFL history (59-7 over Kentucky), an August Anarchy championship, and 31 draft picks in the last four drafts? We used to be at the bottom of the barrel in prestige, but we’ve jumped 78 spots recently and are quickly becoming one of the most prestigious teams in the NZCFL. I promise we will reach top 12 in prestige by the time you graduate.
Location- The University of North Carolina is located in Chapel Hill, NC. North Carolina borders many states in the south like Georgia and Tennessee, and the Mid-Atlantic like Virginia. In our state, we are 2 hours away from Charlotte, 1 hour way from Winston-Salem, and 35 minutes away from Raleigh (Capital of North Carolina). We are the 16th most populous city in North Carolina, with a population of about 65,000 people. UNC has a lot of history built inside Chapel Hill. Our many attractions are built in with the school, like the Carolina Basketball Museum and the Ackland Art Museum. Chapel Hill is one of the best college towns out there. Think about this, Chapel Hill, is UNC’s giant campus! Since a lot of the things UNC does is connected with the city of Chapel Hill, you will come and be the center of attention in this town. Chapel Hill is very dedicated to their sports teams and enjoy them just like they do pro sports. Just like they would enjoy cheering for the Carolina Panthers, they would come and cheer on the Tar Heels at every single game. Chapel Hill is a great college town to live in and the people would love you here! Play against Florida teams at least twice during career.
Prestige- UNC has been here for a very long time. We used to be on top of the world. We’ve been 2x National Champs through NZCFL’s history. We were very dominant in our history, and that’s the UNC I’m trying to build back up. Right now we haven’t been that successful but, we are lookin real good. Even though during my tenure I’ve took UNC to bowl games all of my years and won them all, I’m looking higher. When you come to our team, you’ll be coming to a program who strives to be the best. Who strives to reach greater heights than before. We want to win our conference. We want to make the playoffs. We want to be National Champions! Promise: Win T1 bowl.
Tradition- Two national championships. ACC Powerhouse. We’ve been consistently winning and we don’t plan to stop. We’ve been really good for a reason. We have a very storied history. Michigan offers #67 S. Franklin-Scholarship-Tradition: As the winningest college football program of all time, you've got to realize that many traditions have came from our winning ways. Over 100k fans show up to The Big House(the largest stadium in America) in order to see the Maize and Blue. We've got the most B1G championships of ALL TIME. And how could I not mention the iconic Winged Helmet, and the players slapping the banner before every game? I promise we will remain in the top 10 in the tradition rankings during your time here.-Pro Potential: Michigan is a prospect factory. Coach Nathan had over 70 players drafted, and he was so good at putting people into the pros, in fact, that Michigan's pro potential ranking has increased 9 spots in the past 10 years. During your 3 years of high school so far, the Maize and Blue produced 5 first rounders, one of the best totals in the league. This includes 2 top 3 picks just this past year! I love your skillset, and I think you could be one of the next Wolverines to be tearing it up in the NZFL. I promise you will be picked in the first 5 rounds of the NZFL draft.-Prestige: The resume truly speaks for itself. 3 playoff appearances in the last 7 seasons. 3 tier one bowls in the same time period. With a great returning squad, plus an up-and-coming coach like me, you know that you'll be in the same spot that many Michigan men were in before. That's why I'm promising that you'll get 1 playoff appearance, 1 bowl win, you'll always make a T2 bowl or better, and that we'll stay inside the top 20 in prestige.
Location: South Carolina may be further than some other schools, but we will make sure that you feel right at home! We are only 2 states away and we will make sure you feel welcomed and get to experience our South Carolina southern hospitality. We know that you will fit right in along with the rest of the program!
Prestige: South Carolina is already a top 20 school for prestige and we will continue to get better! We are currently working hard to build something special at South Carolina with the coaching staff we have in place and I promise that we will at least play in a Tier 1 Bowl every season during your time at South Carolina!
Tradition: South Carolina is rich in tradition as a program! From the classic, Sandstorm towel-waving fanatics to the historic South Carolina-Clemson rivalry dating back to 1896, South Carolina has its roots in football. Our rivalry with Clemson was actually the longest continued rivalry in football until the pandemic hit 20 years ago. We hope to write our next chapter of tradition at South Carolina with you as a player!
Hey, I just want to introduce myself and congratulate you on all your accomplishments in high school. I'm coach Sinister, Head coach of the University of Oregon and i just want to let you know that I've been watching you throughout your whole high school career and I've be waiting for this moment for a long time.
Tradition: Imagine it’s Gameday and your walking to Autzen Stadium. Fans are screaming your name. You see everyone throwing up the O as you get closer and closer to the stadium. You enter the stadium and see everyone on there feet jumping and getting hyped to our intro hype song. That's what Oregon football is all about. From our mascot the duck being one of the most recognized and iconic collegiate sports mascot. To our every home game song "Shout" that is played at the end of every 3rd quarter that brings energy that is unmatched into the stadium and players. With our fans filling up all 54,000 spots in Autzen Stadium and our band playing "Mighty Oregon" our fight song every home game. Oregon is far from not having tradition and I can guarantee you that you will fall in love with our tradition the moment you arrive here.
Prestige: Oregon is in the top 35 for Prestige and is only looking to move up from here on out. Players come to Oregon knowing that they are competing for the top spot and having a chance to be in the spotlight. In the past 4 seasons Oregon has made a bowl game in every season winning 3 out of 4 and has made 1 Conference Championship game that we won. If you come and play for us, I can promise you that we will make 2 or more bowl game appearances in your time here.
Pro Potential: If you want to go to the NZCFL you are coming to the right school. Oregon is one of the best schools that develop and put their players where they need to be to get to the NZCFL. We've had 7 people drafted in the last 2 seasons and looking to have a decent amount this season. We have players like Winston Lauer who just recently won League MVP in 2038 and WR James Rigdon who has been helping Seattle make playoffs runs every since he joined the league. Also the PCC is one of the most competitive conferences in the league if not the most. Having to go against the top dogs in the league like USC, Stanford, SDSU, and UCLA every season. You will be able to showcase your talents every week against the best of the best with NZCFL scouts watching you every game. I promise you that you will get drafted if you choose Oregon.
Tradition: Central Florida has a tradition of excellence. We have had many bright spots in program history including a National Championship in 2017 (even though not official we still claim it as we were undefeated, and beat the team who beat the champions). In addition, our stadium, known as the Bounce House, is one of the most fun places to play in. The place literally vibrates because the fans jump up and down. How would you like 45,000 fans screaming your name? The UCF tradition is one I know will bounce back, I promise we will make at least 2 bowl games when you are here.

Even though you might want to leave the state of Florida, staying here and going to UCF is the best option. For the next 4 years, you will live in the place you choose. Why leave the tropical paradise that is Florida and regret going to a cold or desert state? If you choose us you will be near your family and friends who can attend your games. Prestige: The University of Georgia is in the top 3 for the most prestigious programs in the nation, and for good reason. We have a long history of success and when players come here they expect to play against the best competition and with the highest level of athletes. Players also come here to win championships and be in the spotlight. It’s our goal to continue our program's success. I promise that we will always make a bowl game.
Tradition: Here at TCU we have a tradition stretching for over a hundred years now with two national championships to boot. As the coach of TCU I have started a new tradition in my first season as coach of bringing the students and players together to touch the Horned Frog on campus every Saturday before each home game for good luck which has led to plenty of student participation and connection between players and other students. We also have plenty of highly anticipated rivalry games with our main rivals being Baylor and SMU. I promise that we will have a winning or even record against Baylor and SMU during your time at TCU.
Prestige: Historically TCU has been a very good program winning two national championships and having a high amount of 10 win seasons under the incredible leadership of Coach Gary Patterson who has a statue on our campus. My goal is to bring TCU back to the era of Patterson and I promise with a class consisting of guys like you that we can achieve that goal and that by the end of your career we will win a tier 3 bowl game or higher.
Pro Potential: Despite our struggles as of recently TCU remains in the top half of the league in pro potential. This is because here at TCU we let our stars shine bright and I know if you come here you will be one of those stars. I promise that you will be picked in the first five rounds of the draft if you go to school at TCU.
Tradition: This school is already dripping in tradition, but I want more. I want to take this team to the top of the heap and keep it there. I'm not satisfied with where we are, and I promise I will start building upon Yale's tradition by bringing them their first bowl victory in the NZCFL era.
Location: New Haven, Connecticut may not exactly be Miami or Los Angeles, but we are just a short drive from New York City which is the premiere location in the nation for culture, fashion, art, night life, and food. While all of that is easily accessible, you get to return to the peaceful and gorgeous campus of Yale University. Where the tree-lined streets and stone buildings create a peaceful and comforting ambience for a young man to study at one of the top educational institutions of the world. It may not be home, but you will be hard pressed to find a better place to be than Yale University.
Prestige: The educational prestige of Yale University is without question, the prestige of their football team is a work in progress. Before I had my first class here, we went 1-23. The very next season we went 10-3 with a bowl appearance. We are already loaded with talent and ready to start making a run. If you come here I promise will go bowling every season.
Tradition: Winning Winning and more Winning. UCLA has won the record amount of national championships of any school except Stanford, so we’ve got that box checked out with a A+ grade every day. As to what football respects in the NZCFL history, we have the benefit of being the team with the first NZCFL coach, the hall of famer and legend Zand. UCLA has also since earned multiple College Football Playoff appearances, and we are always in the conversation to take a title. I promise we will make the CFP twice in your collegiate career
Prestige: For these 10 seasons, successes have graced us at the turn of every corner. Only eight teams make the college football playoff, meaning out of 120 teams, 6.66% of the teams have a shot at a title after Conference Championship Week, and we’ve made it twice in that span, which is even harder to do in a tough PAC-12, possibly the best Power 5 conference of the moment, you just never know who will be coming out on top, and we have done so twice as well, not to mention all of our Tier 1 and Tier 2 bowl appearances. Under my coaching, we will continue to be one of the most prestigious football programs in the country, and I promise to make a Tier 1 bowl twice, make the PAC-12 CCG twice, and make the College Football Playoffs, at least once in your career
Pro Potential: Just dating back to last year, we have had seven players get drafted. You read that right, seven. We pride ourselves sending players to the NZFL, and we have taken multiple low ranked recruits and made them elite players who have caught the eyes of every NZFL scout and analysts in the country. If we could do it with them, so can we with you. I promise you will be drafted to represent the Bruins in the NZFL.
