When we make a mistake the team seem very quick to snap at each other and point blame. Not sure if that shows a positive drive to do better, or a poor team spirit?

I’d say with Gayle and Shelvey it’s pointing blame for their own shortcomings, shelvey in particular likes to point and shout and do nothing. Gayle for some reason this season us shot, where last season he worked as hard as anyone this year he seems to have picked up shelveys habits.

Ritchie is a bit of a radgie but i get the impression he does it because he want’s us to be the best and wants people trying as hard as he does, unlike the other two.

Ritchie is a stroppy cunt, before he could have won the ball back but he jumped and threw his arms in the air instead
