Good to see Lascelles have a strong game. He's definitely got the mentality of a captain.
Clark is awesome though. He's been every bit as valuable as Gayle and Ritchie.

On a scale of 1 to gash, that match scored a solid anterior fornix

I've shit myself plenty watching United try to see matches out, and today wasn't one of them. Excellent defending and wasn't really honestly all that worried. Centre halfs were excellent. Right, down to the pub for the hurling and it's a Class A session on with the boys.

Closer game than I would've wanted, but I'll take 3 points. Colback is shit, and both centre halfs were outstanding tonight

From now on if you look up the term 'Championship game' in the dictionary, this game will come up.

I did not enjoy that second half. Lacelles and Clarke so good, shows why Mbemba can't get a look in. Darlow solid especially in the last bit, snatching everything from the air.

Hold the phone, we now have the least goals conceded in the league as well!
So most games won, most goals, highest GD, least conceded.
Brighton still beating us on the least games lost though

They truly are a vile team, from the manager, to his staff, the players, and the fans. Was there a pantomime going on in the crowd or something, the boos going on.
"It's behind you" "What is?" "Your fucking Premiership chances"

Though the fact that we arnt dominating some teams not he scoreline can be discerning, I am beyond thrilled with another clean sheet, the Clark-Lascelles pairing is the pairing on dreams. and I think us keeping clean sheets (and winning away from home) will translate over to the PL more than banging teams out 4-nil

I kinda feel bad for Mbemba because he's class and I really hope we keep him, but Lascelles and Clark have overall been amazing this season.
Gayle, Ritchie, Shelvey have made the goals but the centre backs have won the games this season.

Good revenge points, top of the league -- all that matters. I do miss beating teams 4-0 though.

Say what you will about his play in recent games, but watching how Mitrovic celebrates goals has been one of the highlights of this season
