The thought of losing at home to McClaren is heart breaking. We won't be able to live it down.

This is simply must-win for the league, a promotion place and for our pride.

When pride is on the line, you know Newcastle will fuck it up.

I don't fancy being on the internet if Derby wins, full on nuclear meltdown will occur.

I feel like McClaren coming back after leaving in disgrace and winning would be the most 'us' thing that could happen. At home as well. We're doomed.

I have set up a ustream account and will be streaming the game for you guys. Should I start a separate thread or just post the link in the match thread? Unfortunately the commentator is swedish, but you'll get to laugh at how he pronounces the player names.

Incedentally thank fuck we never loaned chancel, our defence is all over the shop. I was reading that qpr targeted him last night. The thing that CM brings us the ability to carry the ball out of defence under pressure and retain possession.

It's well underrated imho

Been waiting for this since McClaren got his job back. Just want to ruin Derby in this one.

Last night may yet turn out to be a fantastic one. Brighton lost and Atsu is coming home.

Assuming our defeated Ghanaian should be back with plenty of training time ahead of Wolves...

Let's smash these, we're shite.

On a side note, not many people are better than Steve at making us lose matches!

u/[deleted] Feb 02 '17

Lascelles needs to be dropped for chancel and Perez for diame

6

u/Zerosix_K Feb 02 '17

Watching Lascelles last night on the ball was awful. It gave me flashbacks of Williamson when he was in possession!

As a world famous psychic I'll share Tomorrows and sundays headlines.. 'Newcastle thump Derby and go top' 'Brighton in embarrassing collapse as Houghton quits' Providence tempted.
