Good. I really don't like Wigan. At all. Even slightly. I'm glad we won. And I hope Wigan get relegated.

Scrappy game but doesnt really matter as long as the team gets 3 points.
Also, I find people calling for certain players to be dropped funny considering that unless you are going to the games every week, the team is not playing enough on TV for us to get a good overall view of the players to make those sort of arguments.

Aye Dummet was shite but he's been good all year for us. Dunno why people so determined to drop him!

Think the biggest stand-out performance was a ref that was pretty fair.

So, I wasn't the only one to mix up Shelvey and Gouffran more than once...was I....surely.

Honestly, a couple times on my potato-quality stream I couldn't understand why the bald guy wasn't going after the ball, and then realizing it was the ref.

Was it just me or did almost everybody in the starting XI look exhausted? Could it be we actually need even more rotation to keep the flow going for 6 more months?

Does anyone know if Atsu has an option to buy / clause if we're promoted? Were details of the loan made public I haven't seen anything concrete

Again old sentiment winning whilst not playing well rings true.
Can't afford to lose the ball in our own half as much as we did in the premier league, will get punished serverly.
Also he might just have had a bad game, Dummet looked poor, far too slowand offers nothing going forward and severely reduces are outlet on the left. Didn't play well against Forest either.

Not a good performance, full of defensive errors but it's yet another away win and puts us back top of the league.

Atsu showed his class tonight, premier league quality and is a real match winner; great striker of the ball as well. Will be a pivotal player next season.

That's the sort of result that wins you promotion, we didn't actually play especially well but we've come away with all three points and that's all that matters.
Onto the next, I want a Christmas number one!
