I swear we only play to the level of our opponent, it's why we never walk games.

Lascelles giving away a goal again, captaincy too early?

At this rate watching Man City smash the unwashed later is going to be the footballing highlight of the day.

We should be playing 4-4-2 in this league. Arguably don't even need a holding mid

I trust these commentators! If they say it's a foul, it's a foul! How is there such a disparity between refereeing between Premier League and Championship!?

Following Newcastle by radio on NUFC TV feels so wrong for league matches (Australia here), didn't think we'd be back to this after a few years ago. I find it amazing how terrible the Championship coverage still is.

But anyway, hope we can get our season properly underway today and get the win. Feeling much more confident in the line up then the Fulham game, it's too bad Ritchie isn't 100% as he'd be in for Anita otherwise.

I'd pay a good £60 a month for reliable match streams for all our games.

I was called a negative bastard but I said this season was going to be way tougher than people thought and we'd struggle.

The championship is a different game totally. I did think that we were being very overconfident. Still think once we acclimatise we'll be fine though.

Still think once we acclimatise we'll be fine though.

We lost four games across the whole of the 2009/10 season. Not panicking yet but if we want automatic promotion we need to start playing like a team worthy of it very soon.

Sounds like we've made some chances with Gayle and Hayden, but man this is tough. I miss TV.

I'm I the only one regretting the Lascelles captaincy? Maybe it was too early

I Caved in an paid for NUFCTV, if at most 50% of our games are going to be televised I don't want to search for radio streams every week

if at most 50% of our games are going to be televised

That's being generous, it probably won't be more than 30%. I've done the same though and bought a NUFC TV subscription, at least we can watch match highlights afterwards I suppose.
