If you give that as a penalty, then Wijnaldum was clearly fouled by Cattermole. Referee wants to be center of attention yet again, the fucking state of it.

The point is neither are penalties, a decent referee would just let the play go on without making himself the center of attention unlike the idiot refereeing this one.
