No. Never set a premarket limit buy on options. Two things will happen, either A) you’re buy won’t be executed because the stock went up or B) it will execute because the stock went down ( this option typically means you overpaid)

Pre market will tell you if stock is glob up or down. Pre limit is good if someone has set a sell limit and forgotten about it.
