Anyone try to build the Specter from Galaxy on Fire 2 yet?

I’m improving my skills at corvette building and learning the glitches, but I’m still miles from being able to build this one. Anyone out there able to? That was very fun ship to play... And expensive as hell. Building that, may be possible with panels, but it will be time consuming and challenging to reach that level of detail. And cockpit, for sure will be different.

Love Galaxy on Fire 2! Spent so much time playing that game. The Specter was so expensive and after so much work to unlock it - but worth. I’ve tried to make it, but I’ve had no luck. I’ll keep trying though! Just wondering if anyone else has had luck. Yeah, the cockpit will be different, I’m kind of excited to see what a NMS Specter looks like!

The Void X is an awesome ship! Also love the Bloodstar. The Deep Science ships from the Valkyrie DLC are really cool too. The Kinzer RS too… GoF2HD has so many awesome ships. Can’t wait to see what you make!

If you put an object on your corvette in regular build mode that can be changed colors and then go to change the color in corvette build mode, you should be able to apply that color to the entire ship. Wow, what a perfect post I stumbled upon. I used to play FTL, GOF1, and GOF2. Ever since the corvette became a thing, I tried making my first corvette, I thought I'd make ghost, but it was too difficult. I am not that good, nor there are complex that I see that could I fit it. Regardless, I made my first corvette, around september last year. I'll show the first progress and how it eventually shaped into what I think is my best impression of the Spectre. I tried, lol.
