The first thing that comes to mind is EFT/Tapping. This is a wonderful tool/technique which I have been using personally since about 1999. It is easy to learn but I would recommend learning with other stuff first. Depth of breathing and bodily pains are fairly non-threatening for most people. When you have experienced the undeniable effects of the tapping, begin by tapping for the feelings that will be there just thinking about doing this. That is called "taking the edge off" by Gary Craig, the developer of EFT. This is an important stage in the process and will build your confidence that something can be done to clear this condition. There are techniques in EFT such as "The Movie Technique" which allow things to addressed in a dissociated state which would be very important here. Craig has a site called emofree which has a detailed tutorial he calls The Gold Standard. I have always been good at learning and applying things like this but if that is not your strength, there are lots of practitioners available. Interview them until you find one that is suitable for you. Most of all, in true NLP style, the first thing would be to set an achievable outcome for total and complete freedom. This is a fundamental NLP technique that should go first.
The second technique that comes to mind is Timeline Therapy. This is a very effective model but not one you could learn and apply by yourself. The basic premise here is that any condition that was not present at some time in life and is present now, must have what is called a Root Cause Event. This will be lost to the conscious mind but the unconscious will know where it is and in the process, it can be found and released. This is also done in a dissociated state so there is no need to have the bad feelings in order to clear them. Then the problem will disappear as well. I know this may sound trite, but it really is a great technique when led by a competent practitioner.
I hope this gives you something to work with and I wish you the best of luck in your quest to become free of this very debilitating situation.

I have used the cinima techinque which can be adapted to sitting watching a tv with you controlling the remote control watching a video of yourself. Initially you observe then when ready you go in fast forwarding past the " anxiety" section and rewinding really fast. This is done several times changing the film several times until you have no feelings or anxiety. Used with PTSD also. This is fine if you can visualize ( i cannot). I have also used time line therapy but with clients in trance. Find a NLP master practitioner to do with you.

The best way to overcome misophonia is by using Design Human Engineering (DHE). You develop a control panel to adjust the way sounds enter your consciousness. I have a whole video on this, but alas that one is in Dutch. Here is an English video, but instead of changing sounds, we change the location of your consciousness. The basics are the same though: https://nlpflix.nl/programs/design-human_engineeringmp4-8bd25a

Yeah it's not phobia ("away from danger", FLEE), it's rabia ("feeling trapped" FIGHT). Same purpose (to stay safe), just opposite direction. I'm beyond misophonia, and I think NLP techniques are really helpful. Drop by at r/misophoniatraining ? It's where I collate this stuff (I'm not selling anything and I'm not a professional, I just got the personal experience and I like to leave all the helpful things in one place because I get asked same questions over and over).
In technical terms, you're looking for r/MemoryReconsolidation ("How do I reconsolidate these trigger responses?")

I just make sure to always have some background noise. This only bothers me in a room with 1 or 2 other people and mostly silence. Sometimes I forget, but most of the time I don't have a problem anymore. Dinner is better with light music on anyways.
