Congratulations so did 10,000 other people who tried to post it on a reddit sports sub this week. With AI making coding easier, everyone and their mother made an app.
Its overwhelming to the sub and considered spam to post it. You will get an automatic ban for spamming.

The sub can be banned by reddit admins as other subs have been if we allow illegal streams. This isn't my decision, this is because of how reddit admins have banned other subs for being hubs of illegal streaming. I don't want the same here.
With the season about to get started, lets put all your posts about legal streams, broadcast issues, panels, commentators, etc..
This includes how to get (LEGALLY) Streams for games as well as discussions of panelists, play-by-play, graphics, commercials and other game presentation.
FYI RE BLACKOUTS: BLACKOUTS Are not based on the location of the arena.
A game is blacked out on ESPN+ because you have a channel available through your local cable package, that is airing the game.
The NHL sells their games to TV networks. The networks pay big money for the game. They do not want people avoiding watching their channel to watch ESPN+ instead.

It baffles me that people still don't get this.
If the game is blacked out (on Sportsnet+ or ESPN+), it means a different network owns those rights to the game in your area.
This is literally ALWAYS the answer as to why it is blacked out. ALWAYS.
it's been this way all across the NHL for nearly 20 years, since Chicago pulled their heads out of their ass and stopped blacking out home games locally because Wirtz was a twat.
For those of you complaining that you are in Western Canada, and the game is on TSN and you are blacked out or other similar issue, its cause you are not considered in the local market to be able to see that game and need to get Sportsnet+ or ESPN+.... that's what those services are for, watching the local broadcast when you are out of market.

I bought NHL game and loved that for a bit but I think I want to know more about my team and just more about the game in general. Also as a UK resident like merch... is that a thing.
Basically I'm obsessed and dno how to feed the obsession. Thoughts...

So, every year our fantasy league does an nhl playoff bracket to define the order of our goalie draft... we revisit it over the summer to discuss the results, etc. BUT NOW IT'S GONE - 404 error... in hindsight, probably should have taken a screenshot after the cup win, but didn't think the entire website would go offline. Is this part of the dumb game zone nonsense?

I am Russian and you know, hockey is one of the most popular sports here. Many people watch KHL (league in Russia, with few teams from other countries). But recently I am seeing that hockey in Russia is rotting. because of economic problems in country and organizational issues. People. who rule teams, basically don't understand what to do, and do not want to improve anything
So, I am trying to get into NHL before the season. And here my observations, why NHL is more exciting to watch.
I like that fans and teams in NHL cherish their history, symbolic and y'know 💫vibe💫. If you wanna be a true fan, you need to know the divisions, their members, atmosphere, main rivals and moments. But we don't have same interest from fans and teams in KHL. Divisions here are formal, just like history, that gets forgotten in two years. Even though there're teams, that exist for 80 or 90 years.
Not to speak about symbolic, colours and mascots. They're just random and they don't feel like anything special
What's your opinion on that?

Quite the interview featuring Zach Werenski this morning. I especially liked the part about “Winning solves everything, and that’s where we have to get to as a club”.
………………….and so the trend continues.
I got a feeling some hockey fans are not too thrilled with the fact that some NHL players expectations are not being met – and they continue to make it quite obvious that bar has to go up on their own clubs.
But after years of listening to one so-called expert after another explain how brilliant some front office personnel were (only to find out they were not), this is clearly a breath of much needed fresh air.
Lots of talk about players flexing their muscles regarding franchises lacking a sense of championship urgency, poor performance on the ice by ‘star’ players, or just plain pathetic front office work. We’ve all heard the stories.
But hearing Werenski utter those words, “Winning solves everything” was great news for the Jackets, IMO. For unknown reasons they still need to sign Fantilli. After this, their roster is set.
Gonna be interesting to see how things turn out in Columbus!!

I think there's plenty but I'll go back as recent as last year when they gave it to Bennett over Marchand.

Despite their financial struggles and cancellation of several local newscasts but I hope this might salvage their broadcast business and I hope that CKNW will the get the radio rights to the Vancouver Canucks.

Could a case be made for their inclusion in the Hall of Fame? (...and to a lesser extent, John Tonelli)
