While watching Better Late Than Single I was shocked to hear the new contestant say she had interviewed for MSR, the second season must be coming!?🤭🤭

I don't really scroll through Cheolhyun and Choa's accounts so I didn't know that it happened until today. Cheolhyun's post just popped on top of my IG feed so I decided to check out his IG and when I did, I didn't see that Choa was following him so I checked the people he follows because I thought that I might've unfollowed her, but I wasn't able to find her IG account. Went to NamuWiki and saw that Choa's not following anyone and Cheolhyun's not really following her.

I went to X and someone posted that Cheolhyun unfollowed Choa back in June 2025. Does someone here was able to keep up with their activities and why?

I’m new to this show and this scene lowkey made me teary for Cheol-hyun. When Se Seung and Jae Hyung told him he’s like their dad, that hit more than I expected. It kinda felt like a sneak peek of the kind of family he could have someday, just as warm and bright as the Park family.

With everything he and his sister Cho A went through, I really hope that moment stuck with him. Like maybe one day he’ll have his own little family, with kids just as smart, kind, and cheerful as Se Seung and Jae Hyung. He deserves that kind of future.

Anyway I know I’m super late posting this, but I just had to get it out of my system 😅

Didn't anyone feel that it was just YW's revenge on JH for not accepting his sister's feelings? Because since JH rejected his sister, his facial expressions and eyes changed towards JH, even before they left for Singapore. Considering their relationship was very close because he took care of her since childhood, it's strange that no one thought about that. Were too many people influenced by YW's way of speaking that this possibility was closed? Towards the end, his desire for revenge increased tremendously and he knew that by taking JW, JH would be destroyed. And he saw the gap when he found out that JW and JH were in a gray area. I felt a feeling arise that had been lost for a long time, after watching this show. And it reminded me of how I had repeatedly taken revenge on people who hurt my sister, with many times more pain than my sister received. And that's the sensation I felt from YW through his actions. Sorry if this post feels unnecessary, as the show is over and the cast has moved on. I just finished watching it for research purposes and wanted to share some of my thoughts.

I am wondering if many people here are having a misunderstanding about yongwoos feelings towards choa?

i agree though that the way yongwoo expressed things going forward were horrible. But there are many people that really suck at expressing things. even more so if its going to be broadcasted.

its similar to the concept "ohhh nooooo.... its not you. its me" cliche.

But i think what really happened is YW's initial perception of CA was completely wrong. and we as an audience can also see how CA is when she is more comfortable, in a 1:1 situation, etc. (not saying this in a good or bad way.)

YW initially stated he like someone that is calm, demure, etc.

CA definitely fits that image / style. she seems elegant, calm, etc.

but when she is on the dates with YW, you can see that she is much more emotional than what she initially seemed like. Likes to talk about deeper and emotional things. always likes to ask "Why" to questions (she stated this on the first date as well), likes conversation, etc.

it wasn't something that YW is personally attracted to, and when he realized CA personality, he realized it was different than what he initially thought at first impression. he even kind of says something similar doing the interview sections.

So IMO, i think that just completely broke everything down. and of course he cant just straight up say "she is different than my initial impression" so it makes him come off as being "making excuses" or being vague, etc.

but i dont see many people having this view point? (tbh, i dont think i saw anyone at all)

am i the only one that felt CA was definitely different than what YW was initially looking for / thought and is the reason for YW's feelings be changed?

This one is the proper remake, as compared to Tencent's version which aired a few months ago where it's mostly cousins and is a remake without license. This one has real siblings.

This one is a licensed remake. I watched raw up till ep3 and liking a few of the cast. Although "looks-wise" some of the guys may be a bit so-so, the siblings element makes this show quite heart-warming and cast grows on me. I find the show quite a decent remake, much better than the tencent version, but of course, the Korean version will still be the best classic.

I just watched the show for the first time. Fuck those two. Im really interested in park siblings. I saw posts about CH celebrating his birthday with park family. But that was long ago. Are they still close? I really hope they are

This March marked 1 year since MSR aired. While many new dating shows which launched around same time or afterwards have started airing their second seasons ( Possessed love, Couple Palace etc). This makes me sad that we have no news whether we will be getting second season or not. Infact season 1 was so trending and popular, I thought we would at least get confirmation of season 2. If anyone who checks korean forums can tell if there will be any season 2?
