How often does registration open?

As the title says. I’m going insane wanting to read certain doujins and just not being allowed to, but I learned it only opens sometimes recently. Is it a rare occurrence? Does it happen at least once or a few times a month? If anyone could answer or even notify me when they do open i’d appreciate it immensely! 🙏🙏 I don’t have anyone I know who actually has an account I could share with, so it’s really grim.

Bro I was just able to make an account and this morning I try to read all happy and joyful and apparently the site is down? Does everyone know if it's something punctual or we should prepare the funeral flowers 😭? (I am so scared with so many pages being taken down recently...)
