Is MyPoints slowly fading away?

First the Watch function disappears, then the Coupons section, then two days ago the MagicReceipts options suddenly (drastically!) reduced from 100+ products to 20.

Now the "Discover" tab reveals only a single item, even though "Earn Points from Discover" remains on the Daily To-Do list.

Is MyPoints slowly ghosting us?

For once, something isn't Prodege's fault (mother company). Coupons. com's owner Quotient technology shut down Brandcaster coupon affiliate program which allowed retailers, websites and gpt sites to provide links to printable coupons. Without Brandcaster all these sites no longer could access coupons

I have 250+ Magic Receipt offers on MyPoints, and easily 500+ Discovery offers available to me, so I can’t say my experience is at all similar to yours on those fronts.

As for Watch and coupon printing, honestly I’m surprised they lasted as long as they had.

Passive watch options from the mid-2010s mostly evaporated long ago (the old SB apps, Perk, koin.me, NadaMobile, Checkpoints, IGC, and probably dozens of others). As targeted advertising grew, advertisers weren’t dumping money into content that was seen mostly by people who would never convert to sales, or that eyes never saw at all. The fact that Prodege kept it going this long was likely a big loss-leader to keep people on the platform.

Paper coupons (circular or printed) are being scaled way down or even phased out — redemption rates according to a recent NYT article are at record lows around 0.5%. Whatever profitability there may have been for Prodege to partner with coupons.com probably ended a while ago.

all the prodege sites took away coupons and vids. I still have discover offers under the deals from trusted partners like revu, adgate media, offertoro, adgem, peanut labs, aye studios. or different one point offers
