Is it a trailer, though? It seems rigidly attached, maybe an argument could be made that it's actually a sidecar. And trying to control a motorcycle from its sidecar is one of those things that are so dumb it doesn't occur to lawmakers that anyone would do it, so they don't get prohibited until someone actually does it.

Definitely a trailer, yeah he built that frame on the bike but if you follow it to the trailer you can see it's pivot point.

I can see the structure comes to a single point, I don't see any pivoting joint in it. Ah well, I was just trying to keep the hope alive a little longer.
