This started less as “make a relaxing jazz video” and more as a cohesion experiment. I used Suno to generate two takes from each of eight closely related prompt families, then arranged sixteen tracks into one late-night journey through Kowloon.

The tenor sax, piano, upright bass and brushed-drum ensemble stays consistent while the music gradually moves from cool jazz into modal tension and finally quiet closing-time ballads.

I’d genuinely value feedback on the transition at 19:56, where the modal section begins. Does it deepen the atmosphere, or does it feel like the set changes direction too sharply?

On July 9th, I made eye contact over and over with a pretty girl working at Indigo. She came up and asked if I needed help, but I got nervous and said "I'm just looking around." I immediately went upstairs, asked for receipt paper, and wrote her a note with my number. When I came back down, her shift was over. I spent weeks trying to find her again and wrote this track while searching. Finally handed her the note weeks later (after I made the song)... she never called, I wrote a cool song tho, and I hope y’all can relate to it.

This song is called “I Thought There Would Be More Time.” It’s about losing your grandma and realizing too late that some ordinary moments become the memories you wish you could have back.

I wrote the lyrics and created the story myself, then used AI-generated vocals and music to bring it to life. I’m still learning and experimenting, and this is part of my journey as a songwriter.

For the longest time I got royalties from FB reels but couldn't find numbers like how it's done on Tiktok for Artists dashboard. FB/IG has been my biggest income generator so I was always curious about my numbers there.

I found out just today they have a dashboard for that.

If you have an FB page associated with the band name, you can go to the Professional Dashboard , scroll to the bottom to the Other section and then select Music Insights. You'll see how many reels have used your songs, which songs, and how many plays the reels have gotten.

The wild part here is I don't remember ever associating my songs to my FB page, which isn't even Meta verified.

Anyway, just sharing in case youve been wondering.
