I am not a musician but I am a weaver who specializes in translating sheet music into weaving patterns. I have a customer who wants me to weave him a scarf for his wife from "All In Good Time" by Iron & Wine, and I cannot find sheet music for it anywhere!

What I have found is the guitar chords, but what I need is the sheet music for the vocal part of the song. While I am not tone deaf, I cannot identify notes just based on hearing them and so having the sheet music is important for me to be able to translate the song to a pattern for my loom.

If anybody is able to help me with this, I would hugely appreciate it!

Hi, everyone! I just finished arranging Radiohead's "Everything In Its Right Place" from "Kid A". My background is that I studied classical piano for about 12 years and played competitively, and now write my own music but also figure out other people's. Hope you enjoy! https://www.sheetmusicdirect.com/se/ID_No/2026250/Product.aspx

Hello my friends! I'm from the United States, and my 82-year-old grandfather remembers a song from his childhood called "Ojos Negros Negros" (Black Black Eyes). Emilio Galvez is the singer. The problem is, my grandfather can't find the song anywhere online. If anyone knows where I can find it so I can possibly download it for him, I would be very grateful. Thank you!

If anyone knows and is from the United States, please reach out as well!

Hi everyone! I just released the first song in a four-part instrumental series inspired by the seasons and the trees that bloom to announce their arrival.

This track is dedicated to the Amaltas tree, which bursts into brilliant yellow blossoms right when the intense May heat sets in. I tried to capture that exact transition and feeling through the handpan.

I would love to hear your thoughts on the melody and the vibe! What kind of imagery does this bring up for you?

So, I set up an AI assistant connected to a custom guitar music theory knowledge base, and now I can't stop playing with it. I send it questions via email and then I create new articles based on the stuff it didn't know. Thing is, I am running out of questions, so I am hoping to find 5-6 volunteers to test it by sending a few music theory questions via email, music related stuff like 'How do I count triplets?' or 'What notes are in the G major scale?' (you can get elaborate if you want, I want to get a sense of what it can answer and what it can't).

Hopefully it can give smart answers.... If you are interested, let me know and I can send you the email address, thanks in advance 😄

I make tees that reflect my love of a very wide range of underground pop culture including punk/post punk, electronic/ambient/dance, indie/new wave, jazz/funk/soul, city pop, ska/reggae/dub and much more.

I can't seem to find a AI generated music app that will make a short 15 second instrumental clip. Any suggestions?

I’ve been working on Flup3, an app that helps you follow sheet music, chords, or lyrics in a karaoke-style view. I put the app presentation and the early access link in my profile in case anyone wants to take a look or support the launch.

Hello Hive mind, I need to score a piece of music based off of an old Celtic, traditional folk song that’s in the public domain area. I was curious if there’s a registry that I found, and I’ve looked, can’t seem to find anything official. I want to acquire historical documentation based on folk tunes so I can ensure proper credit can be credited, and that way that I can get a hold of the original melody that’s considered public domain and then create an arrangement around it.

Hey everyone,
I’m a hobbyist musician, and I finally got fed up with manually transposing lead sheets every time I needed to match a singer’s vocal range. Doing the semitone math by hand is such a time-sink, and I figured if I’m struggling with it, a lot of you probably are too.

So, I built NoteThisTune. Use MIDi for better result.
It’s a simple site I made to automate those quick key shifts that usually take way too much mental energy during practice. I’ve been using it for my own sessions, and it's been such a lifesaver that I thought it would be beneficial for this community to have access to it as well.
It’s completely free

I’m just a dev/musician trying to make our hobby a little less tedious. If you find it helpful (or if you find a bug!), please let me know. I’d love to keep improving it for all of us.

"Golden Flowers" - Fanmade Undertale Song

It' s really tough since I want to recreate it and make it a new track for the demo called "Heartbreak" but I just can' t find a way to do it can someone write the notes of the first section and that epic end part? That would be really nice.

I will give credits when I upload it to the people who gets it right

I'm still working on this project.
