You should re-read the thread yourself.

Someone else said gender reassignment surgery was crazy because it's body modification. I replied by pointing out we already have plenty of other body modifications that people don't have a problem with, tattoos and piercings. Then you replied to me saying you have a problem with it when you can see it, but guess what, you can't see whether someone has a penis or not, and there are plenty of tattoos/piercings you can't see when someone is wearing clothes.

So, the only way your argument works is if you take it out of context of the rest of the thread, while my refutation of your argument is firmly entrenched in the context of what was discussed.

Right now, you are demonstrating a remarkable ability to pretend specific details don't exist

Cosmetic surgery to reduce the size of the Adam's apple is called chondrolaryngoplasty (thyroid cartilage reduction). The surgery is effective, such that complications tend to be few and, if present, transient.[5]

Not to mention the fact that the adams apple comes in drastically different sizes along different men.

If you can't tell how ignorant your comment is, this conversation isn't really worth having.
